Digital Disobedients.

Description: Digital Disobedients is a curatorial project by Elisa Harkins. The main goal of the project is to educate people about .NET ART and Digtial art. Through the use of videos, magazines, prints and lectures Digital Disobedients hopes to display works that are sometimes considered esoteric and make them accessible to a wide range of people. Those who are on the internet every day should not be the only ones who get to enjoy these artworks. These projects resonate deeply because of their social and political concepts and everyone should be given the opportunity to appreciate them.

Most Recently, Digital Disobedients travelled to the Impakt Festival in Utrecht, The Netherlands, to speak about the project and the works involved. Besides doing a presentation, I was interviewd for television. Watch this video to learn more about Digital Disobedients.
